I have been going to Dr. Hartsell for my vestibular migraines for almost three years now and I am very pleased with both his office and the level of care from him. Dr. Hartsell always listens, discusses, spend the time I feel is appropriate. I never feel rushed. In my 70s I have little tolerance for bad doctors or feeling rushed and Dr. Hartsell is one one of my favorites. I trust him. I saw Dr. Hartsell twice. My first visit was ok as he was meeting me for the first time and the visit was for an assessment of my condition and making a diagnosis masked on my symptoms. He ordered Bloodwork and an MRI and also referred me to a pain management specialist. At my follow up visit to discuss the results of my MRI and bloodwork. He just came right out and told me that my symptoms were due to sedentary lifestyle and I just blame my illness on society gearing us towards living a sedentary lifestyle. He's one of the only doctors I've been to who listened to all my concerns, answered all my annoying questions and patiently explained why and how things are done if I questioned why his answer was different from Dr. Google. He gives rock solid referrals to top doctors outside of his area of expertise if needed. He also diagnosed me after 15+ years of wildly frustrating doctor visits.
