Legit NYC style pizza, exquisite meatball sub, friendly and clean family place Pizza was legit - I'd be happy getting this in New York, where I grew up. We met Luis (the "L" of F&L). He was super friendly (and, it turns out, trained in New York pizzerias), and he recommended the meatball sub. Food: On the eggplant Parm sub, the bread was good, but the eggplant did not taste fresh, almost as though it might be going bad. It was quite mushy. Service: They forgot about my order, and I was the only order. They were rushing it for me, which was nice. I did notice it didn't look very clean, and he wasn't wearing gloves. Then, the guy didn't let me use card when there was a card machine and insisted on cash. They had cups for tap water, but the guy was unable to get me a cup.
Food is delicious and super consistent haven't had anything we didnt like and the owner is such a nice guy!
I called my order in and they forgot to make it. Only waited about 10 minutes for the food to be made. The buffalo calzone was really good and would order again if I am ever in the area
