I had an appraisal done in Chatham by Jocelyn Daley who works for this company to provide a valuation for income tax purposes. Unlike other appraisers I spoke to about the appraisal, Jocelyn is very laid back and easy to talk to. She was punctual, spent time on the property, and was thorough in her inspection. Her appraisal yielded a figure that was fair and workable. Many thanks to Jocelyn and F.K. Mitchell Appraisals.

Absolutely terrible! Appraiser came more than half an hour later than we should meet, it took her more than 10 days to do appraisal she was such a mess!! Her numbers were not good either an appraisal is very expensive Definitely don’t recommend this service
