With your team's flexibility and patience, they were able to fulfill my dream of designing a peaceful bathroom with handicap accessibility for my husband. Talk the Talk, Great Sales, Highly Recommended by Floors & Decors. TERRIBLE WORK! Then the workers show up..... We had travertine tile laid and asked that they have almost no gap which they advised was fine. The gap is much larger than they showed us it would be. the gap ranges in sizes throughout the job (NO CONSISTENCY). The worst thing is they didn't lift our baseboard and instead budded up against the board but not entirely as they used putty in between to make up for their error in judgement. Same with carpet.
