Friendly and came to our rescue within an hour. (I’m sure timing had something to do with that) I will definitely use them again!
Scheduled a much needed request to install a ground wire, came out the next day and got it done. Very professional, A+++++
Told me that my problem couldn't be fixed, billed me a full $125 an hour for the ten minutes they spent and subsequently found out there was a solution to the problem, which I there in fixed myself. I find too often there contractors, won't be above the board and just tell you, they're not interested in solving the problem for you because it take too little billable time to get the job done.
