We’d told the company twice – through them and the realtor – to be careful when entering the property because we had a puppy inside and worried she’d escape. The plumber arrived but wasn’t careful at all, letting the dog escape and stressing her out. She hid behind our shed, terrified of him. He was asked to wait until I got home to ensure she didn’t escape. Instead, he brutally grabbed my dog and threw her inside, leaving a mess and traumatized puppy behind. I was having issues with my shower leaking and had Michael come around to replace our shower breacher. He was very polite and professional. Did a great job and very well priced. I definitely recommend and will use FJ Robert’s services again
Can’t remember the plumber’s name but he has done a 5 star job today. I was recommended by a friend and will definitely recommend to other people!
