I am a sub contractor and John did not pay us either. Not sure how a person stays in business and does not pay his sub contractors.
FJ Development does not pay their sub contractors. Save yourself the headache and NEVER work for this company as the owner John is a con artist that like to take advantage of the working men and women of this country.
John Friedberg does not pay his sub contractors. He owes my company more than $15k and after several phone calls and emails he has ignored me. This is also after 4 years of him promising to pay after a lawsuit was just settled. I would not recommend anyone to do work for this company. He would rather pay lawyers a lot of money than to pay the subcontractors.
