Took their time to find the problem and gave me an answer.
Extremely incompetent. They are very nice until you pay them, after that they can care less. They told me what the problem was with the car, my alternator, charged me $500.00. After I picked up the car, as I drove back to work, the car stopped! I called to complain, they towed my car back to the shop, came with a list of problems and more charges. These gentlemen were extremely polite during my visit, but misdiagnosed my vehicle. I am pretty competent when it comes to automobiles and suggested numerous times throughout the day what the problem with my vehicle was. They politely discredited my thoughts and continued the misdiagnosis. After paying for them to not be able to fix it, I continued over to another shop locally.
