We had a leak in our master bathroom sink. When I called FH Swisher, Kelly answered right away. She was excellent and explained maybe someone could come out that afternoon, and she also scheduled me for an early morning appointment the next day. She was in touch with me at least 3 times to keep me updated, and by 2pm Brian arrived. He, also was excellent. Very courteous. professional and diagnosed the issue right away. I felt the price was very reasonable for a same day fix. I will not hesitate to call them again!
Excellent Results - Couldn't be Happier!!! We contracted with FH Swisher to remodel or two 50 year old bathrooms as well as having all of our copper pipes replaced (due to having a pinhole leak in the old copper). These were obviously huge projects. We contracted with Swisher due to previous outstanding work they performed on other plumbing issues in our home, as well as reading multiple excellent reviews for this local company. From A-Z a significantly better experience than Len the plumber. Ted came out and was so nice and taught me a bunch about our new house (purchased this month). Work was scheduled promptly and completed same day. We had a new whole house dirt filter installed and can't say enough good things about the Team there! From calling in to follow up, it was an A+ experience. We will be using FH Swisher for all of our plumbing needs!
I was satisfied with their service. I appreciated the quick response time. The technicians who performed the work, Ray and Jeff, were knowledgeable and friendly (friendliness is always a big plus). The company was sure to run the final fee by me before completing the work. The price was high, I thought, but all companies are overpriced, imo. On the plus side, there was no extra fee to come out, unlike other companies I had contacted.
