Absolutely Refreshing! It was absolutely refreshing to have a genuine and honest discussion about the problem while the plumber was compassionate to my situation. No aggressive sales tactics, no up-charging strategies, Just an honest group of people using their skills to operate a business. I 100% will be calling them from here on out.
The work done looks great and very far price.
Fix of sump pump issue. Plumber was able to replace a check valve when I had been pretty sure the pump was shot. The plumber also suggested a better ejection point for the water and on approval implemented that quickly. I'm very happy with the service including value, office staff, etc. Edit: 2nd visit for other issues. Great job, good value. Considerate and helpful.
