I agree with the reviewers who had issues with this company. Very cheap material. The railing fell off more than once. It just fell off again. This is a second floor landing with no railing. It’s a safety issue. Owner refused to come back to fix after repairing it the first time. Repaired once and broke again. Poor workmanship . The wrought iron railing I had there for 30 years never broke but this new aluminum one has broken 3 times now. Picture says it all.
I reached out to them to come and give me an estimate for a railing,I was scheduled for them to come on a Friday after 4 PM I got a call Friday 10am from John saying he was on way to me I told him no one is home to give him access he told me he was going Saturday morning I was okay with that since I was home all day he never called me be or showed up Very unprofessional
