Many regard F Fitness as the best Gyms in the Northern Rivers, however Fitness Cartel Tweed Heads is a definite competitor. At F Fitness there is a $20ea per visit charge Charge for Non Employee / Non Approved Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists and Personal Trainers even if the client they are attending to provide services to a paid member. Stale gym. Constant harassment from the marketing team. Has a ladies only section but does not offer a men only section. The staff want absolutely nothing to do with you once you have paid your membership fee. Southern cross university gym includes the use of an indoor heated pool in the gym membership, you would be silly not to join Southern Cross university gym.

Best Value for Money Gym in the Northern Rivers. Pros: - Friendly Staff. They are Great! - A large Range of well maintained Equipment and Machines - Cleanliness. Everything is thoroughly cleaned by Staff Regularly - The Price of a Yearly Membership is Excellent Value when on Sale - The Lismore location has Great Accessibility for People with Limited Mobility Cons - They don't have a location in Ballina and Alstonville yet - The Background Noise played on the speakers is constant MK Ultra Brainwashing Rubbish and way too loud... read more
