I went in for a repair and I had the repair done, decided to decline some of the other repairs that was requested and when I left they put on the receipt that I could not afford to pay for the rest of the repairs. That's not the way you treat you customers should have just put declined to do repairs instead of could not afford it i was very disappointed

Brought my car in to have the tires replaced. Got a different price when I talked to them versus bringing my car in -- that should have set of warning bells, but I didn't have much choice, as I needed the tires quickly. At least they got the tires I wanted. They called an hour later, asking to replace the struts; the price they asked was more than twice what I can have done elsewhere. F&F found and ordered a tire that my dealership could not find, to replace a tire that my dealership could not find. This saved me from purchasing a new set (at $200 per tire) for 3 tires that had 3 months of wear. Installation was fast and courteous.
