I have been standing here for 20 mins and the owner and shop workers just keep looking at me and bringing cars in when they told me over the phone they could do an oil change. I will never use this shop again the owner or someone could had came up to me and told me to wait a little instead of just having me stand around.

I made an appointment for an oil change. The shop owner showed up an hour late. He didn’t provide explanation or anything. Maybe that’s just how he operates. I won’t use the shop again because of this experience.

Not living in Boston and my truck Not starting while parked 500 ft. I walked into this shop. After looking over my truck I was informed I needed a starter. After paying for my truck it was out side and running.. When I got home I shut it off and I had a hard time starting it. When I did I had all the lights on including the check engine. The next day didn't start at all.. I should not been so trusting. Don't make the same mistake...
