They might do a great job, but I'll never know because after spending 45 minutes going over my needs with the owner, I was told to email him for a quote. When I did not get a response to my email in four days, I contacted their offices and was told they "are not accepting any news customers." They could have saved us both a lot of time by being upfront about this right from the start.

I was not satisfied with the job they did for me. He had sketch of how he will build my garden with retainer wall, shape was supposed to be rounder, we agreed with the plants that will go in the garden. I was working when they came to build the garden, when I came home, I saw just a rectangular shape raised bed like garden and plants were not good quality either. I regret every time when I see the garden, it makes my house look weird. There were some other small jobs that was also done at the same time which I was okay with.... read more
