After putting in my request for a quote on their site, I was contacted on the next business day. After several back and fourths over email to ensure that FE Trailers builds a trailer to the spec I was looking for and that was possible, I requested them to start the custom-built trailer for 2 PWCs. 6 weeks later, the trailer was ready for pick up. I brought my trailer in for emergency service before my 4th of July trip. Allie got me in right away and they completed the bearing service just in time for my trip. I will definitely be back to do the other recommended repairs that they showed me. Great customer service from the crew and the front desk manager was really knowledgeable!
