Jonathon from F.E. Brayton’s in Westport did a phenomenal job with my car battery replacement. He originally arrived in the morning to replace my car battery but instead tested and diagnosed a further issue with my alternator. From there I was able to get the alternator replaced and Jonathon returned later that day to re-test and replace my faulty battery with no issue. Great support, great job, and above all, great customer service.
F.E. Brayton responded to my home in Westport for a lockout. A New car to us with a alarm system we haven’t been able to figure out. Car was idling in driveway. AAA dispatch said I would hear from driver within 30 minutes or so, and that phone call came 15 mins into event.I drove my other car over to my neighbors house figuring it would be at least a hour. Driver called me 30 minutes after dispatch had called and said he was at the house and he was in the car and left the window down for me. I was thrilled and scooted home. ... read more
