Ive been renting from Douglas Harrell for several years and he has nothing but "nick Pick " he will give you an eviction notice if you have people over more then once a week (or he will require you put them on your lease in order for you to stay ) he will send out notices to start the eviction process if you have to many toys in yard , or if you pay you rent past the 1st , even though he says you have til the 7th, and even though he has a late fee after the 7th he will still threaten eviction process, I ve called him and tol... read more
