Had great experience hiring F&D staging. We were trying to stage by ourselves earlier and once we made the decision to go for professional staging, it really changed the face of our listing and we got renewed interest which eventually turned into a couple of offers. We felt the work was handled very professionally with care and great effort. My house has stairs which complicated the lifting of all the staging stuff but F&D handled it graciously without any extra cost to us. Highly recommend this company.

F & D just staged my new listing in Concord. Well, what a difference!! The house came alive! Photos of the house when vacant vs now after being staged is night and day. Since Realtors depend on getting customers from the Internet, great photos are a must. And vacant homes just don’t photo well. I was also pleased with the affordable price and recommend F&D 100%.
