Purchased a Ford Focus Active X Estate from Chris Marsh at F.Cross & Sons in June 2025. Car was presented very well and was nice to deal with a salesman who was not only pleasant but very knowledgeable about the car he was selling. After the purchase the car did have issues, as any 2nd hand car could develop, but I couldn't fault how Chris & his colleagues dealt with resolving the problems. Not happy at all lost all faith in what claims to be a family run business….second car from there and similar problems sadly will never ever go back Lost s lot of money after a few weeks as decided disabled mum comes before money
Paid a deposit on a lovely Orange edition Toyota CHR then 6 days later paid the full amount, I hadn't even viewed the car but trusted the photos and the details of the car online. Made my nervous experience of buying a used car so much easier, the lads were great and Chris met me at the railway station and took me through the car from top to bottom. Recommended
