(6/2026) We ordered another 7 cubic yards of topsoil from Cimato after we had success the first time. Unfortunately, the quality of dirt is not the same as our first order from 2018. Too much clay and (other contaminants??) in the soil. After the third wettest Spring and watering the new grass once or even twice a day since early May there is no excuse to have the layer of new dirt cracking up unless it was a poor grade of topsoil.
