This past spring, we had six sets of railings installed on the exterior steps around our property. The salesman, Eric Acosta, took all the measurements, and six weeks later, the railings were ready for installation. When the railings were delivered, Eric noticed kinking in one set, and we decided not to accept that set. The set was replaced without any additional charges.
