If I could give it less than 1 star I would. I purchased Aluminum Railings from this company in 2019 for $2,000 and I was told by the salesman, Mauricio Naranjo, that it had a lifetime warranty. It has since started to peel and I'm afraid that rust will soon follow. I've called them 4 times in the last month only to be told that the owner's son will call me back or come out to look at the railings but neither has occurred. I have used F&C Professional Numerous times for home rails. Eric, provides excellent prices and installation with their products. The office staff keeps in contact with you regarding scheduling for your rails.
