Dr. Lutz is the best general practitioner doctor I’ve ever had. I feel very fortunate to have found his concierge medicine practice, and I consider him a great human and friend.
I have seen Drs Combs and Lutz for many years. Dr Lutz gives you as much time as you need to explain your concerns. He has great practical experience and he makes very helpful observations. If you call his office about an acute problem his staff and he are polite and quick to respond. I am very happy with their service.
Staff are extremely caring and friendly. The best nurse and incredibly knowledgeable physician whose years of service to the community is beyond admirable. Service is timely, based on many years of expert practice and the latest science. A true joy to engage with these folks whether in town or during travel times!
Wish could give ZERO stars. I was treated EXTREMELY disrespectful by Dr. Lutz staff today. I'm a small business owner and Dr. Lutz contacted us after Hurricane Ida and we inspected the office roof and it had active leaks. Dr. Lutz and my manager Jeff were in direct contact via phone and text and mutually agreed to tarp the office roof for $1000.
