So i tried the shirt a month subscription and for 2 months i got charged but never received a shirt... Finally after tons of emails they finally responded and said they was having problems with their subscription site... They refunded my money... I tried cancelling the subscription but on their site and app site it shows i have no subscription... Yet I'm still getting charged for 62.50 for the 3rd time.... love the shirts however i have only received 2/3, i have replied to the email you guys sent out and received no response, i get it you guys are busy but this is a repeating theme with almost every review on here except the winners.
I ordered a mystery box from these guys, within the first day of having the hoodie, it split at the seam. It hadn’t even been washed yet! Not a huge deal, I reach out about getting a replacement hoodie or maybe a refund. Absolutely no response, I’ve sent countless emails and comments on facebook. These guys refuse to answer.
