F&B might be one of the most unprofessional businesses I've ever encountered. The owners have the reputation for being rude and man do they live up to it. I recently asked if they could fix a Boulder that was moved by one of their plows this winter (this is a Boulder they actually installed a year prior). Charlena wrote back and said they wouldn't because it was the weight of the snow that moved it. During even the worst of snow storms Flipper and his Team have done an amazing job of clearing and maintaining my roads for more than 23 years as well as rescuing us many times when our vehicles are stuck...They are in high demand and many residents need them so we all just have to wait our turn...Many thanks for doing the hard and difficult work!!
