Oh and I haven't even received a physical registration card from them either! It is illegal to sell a vehicle that you don't own and that's what they are doing! Selling my trade in that they haven't paid off yet, so legally they don't own the vehicle but is trying to sell it smh! This dealership is a joke! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
It's been almost 5 months since I've done my trade in with Frank and the dealership! My trade in still hasn't been paid off, they keep saying I have to wait until they sell my old vehicle in order to pay it off, but they cashed the check that they received from the bank(SECU), I'm not understanding ! I didn't want to write this review, but they are not answering my phone calls or text messages so hopefully this will get their attention! I have now seeked legal action ! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP !
BUYERS BEWARE… it’s been almost 2 months since I purchased a vehicle from Frank and till this day he still hasn’t given me my tag, just keeps giving me the run around and not answering calls or messages anymore…

I purchased a used Volvo from Frank and his dealership. The car is in great condition for a 2011 and any questions I had Frank was quick to answer and extremely responsive! It was a very pleasant experience and this dealership makes it so easy! I will be purchasing all my vehicles here! Thanks Frank!!
