Steer Clear. They are far from local. I notice many reviews here describe finding coverage and no one has actually been in the unfortunate position of filing a claim. What we failed to realize when signing up with FA Peabody is that Safeco (a Liberty Mutual Company) is the company responsible for covering our loss. . We made all of our payments on time and have more than enough coverage on our home. In our case a tree fell on our house and after 90 days our claim is still not resolved. We still can not proceed on many repair... read more
