If I could do zero stars I would. They’ll make you alot of empty promises, and don’t trust any thing they tell you. I lost count the amount of times that I tried to get a hold of my agent but was unable to. In a round about way I was called a liar by another agent. I was told to go ahead and hire a company to fix a problem I have, “It will be covered” they said. It was not covered and it was 10k out of my pocket. I’ve discontinued all my services there and encourage others to not put any faith in this company.
FA Peabody has been a service that is 2nd to none. They have always found great coverage and given forward advice. I wouldn't be anywhere else.
