Always greeted with a smile! Friendly and efficient service !
Friendly staff and relatively quick compared to big name banks. Unfortunately no ATM outside which sucks when wanting to withdraw cash. (7-11 ATMs only let you withdraw so much)
Beyond inconvenient hours, called twice already and never received secure messages that were promised. Please open on Saturday or stay open after 5pm weekdays.
They are terrible and they are incompetent. We don’t live nearby, but we needed to deposit a check into a trust account. We called ahead for instructions. After driving 80 miles we were told these instructions were not correct. The employee was not apologetic at all. Then we were told something entirely different had to be done, We will be pulling funds out there as soon as humanly possible. The employee we spoke with was rude, and instead of apologizing, made a snotty remark. I would never recommend this place.
Friendly, but very slow service! Prepare for extra waiting time!
