I called to schedule an appointment and they want to be rude because I asked for the Grove city location which Google says they have! I looked them up. It says Meadow Pond Court which is in Grove city so I clicked on it and immediately called them, and she says that’s not them, even though I found it on Google! They want to be rude to me even though it’s not my fault at all and I was not rude to her!
I WISH I COULD GIVE DR. EZZIE AND HER OFFICE ZERO STARS. I moved home from Portsmouth to Grove City, so I needed to change doctors for my pregnancy. A friend recommended Dr. Ezzie, so I tried to get an appointment. She would not make an appointment with me until she reviewed my records. It took her 2 weeks to even review my records. Today I called to check on the status and I was put on hold for 15 minutes and forgotten about. Dr. Ezzie is great and Jamie at her office is awesome and always returns calls right away. Very caring.
