We recently visited to view some caravans and had a fantastic experience. Dave was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. He was happy to answer all of our questions and took the time to show us through different options without making us feel rushed or pressured. It was a really relaxed and enjoyable experience, and we appreciated how helpful and approachable Dave was. Best caravans in Townsville. Looking from the street you can't see any caravans but step through the front door and the vans are amazing. The real show room is at the back. A wide variety of caravans to look at and choose from. Both the guys in there, Steve and Dave are really nice and are more than happy to show you around.
Great service and extremely helpful. David, Steve and Tommy went the extra mile to be supportive and helpful. Recommend them highly.

We are travelling around Australia for 6 months! 3 weeks in- we noticed an issue with the outdoor fridge and contacted lansvale NSW branch (where we bought it) - they said they couldn’t help (neither could auto electricians in Mareeba QLD )- so we contacted Townsville ezytrail and booked her in. 4weeks later - we came to Townsville- and they found a unconnected join in the power to the fridge - which had burn marks from shorting - behind a cupboard - and looked after us!
