Very disappointing experience today. I visited this store around 4:40 PM, and when I entered, the employee was sitting and eating McDonald’s food. I was honestly surprised to see this while a customer was entering the store. I also didn’t feel properly attended to or welcomed. The whole experience was quite embarrassing and uncomfortable. I understand everyone takes breaks, but this could have been handled much more professionally, especially when a customer walks in. Definitely not the kind of customer service I expected.

I went back after not noticing the product was expired and smelled awful. I asked for a refund and not an exchange and they refused to give me a refund and kept saying “I’m offering you a new product.” I asked if they do refunds and he said no. This isn’t the first time I’ve accidentally bought an expired product and I’m going to take my business elsewhere. I don’t think the convenience of this place is worth the risk of getting an expired product and certainly not after I was refused a refund of $5.

Be VERY cautious about this place. The selection of products are decent, but while browsing them the staff kept following us. When I did find a drink I wanted it was expired by a year. The staff said they purchased them 2 days prior but the sediment at the bottom of this milk product was very solid... At the checkout they attempted to charge us the price of a large bag of chips vs the snack size we picked out.
