Rude customer service, great energy drinks. monster energy nitro When the power of love overcomes the love of power, the world will know peace - Jimi Hendrix
Visited EzyMart in the early hours on July 6 after leaving my phone at Side Bar, and the customer service attendant went above and beyond to help me contact family to get home. If it weren’t for him, I would have really struggled to get home safely. Thank you to the staff member who helped me. We are truly grateful.
I am extremely disappointed by how my daughter was treated at EzyMart. She was fixing her pants when a staff member falsely accused her of stealing, called her a liar. No one, especially a young person, should be treated with such disrespect or humiliated without any evidence. Staff should take the time to understand the situation before making serious accusations. I hope management addresses this and provides better customer service training.
Guy behind the counter watched us walk in with takis from Woolworths, mid shopping he started asking us to pay for it, caused a scene in front of another group of customers and called my friend a tranny went to the next ezy mart further down Pitt street and was served with no issue, make sure you show the shopkeeper every item you enter the store with so this doesn’t happen to you
