Really happy with my visit to Easy Mart on Queen Street. The shop was clean and well organised, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Great customer service and a pleasant experience.
Bought from Ezymart just now, i got expired Sprite zero sugar this is very concerning expired drinks & foods shouldnt be put at the rack. This store should be banned.
Didn't give complete bill and when asked for the same he started asking how did your card even worked..like mate heard of internal transactions??
Terrible customer service. I always ask how they are to be polite and I get blatantly ignored. No eye contact, not even looking in my general direction. This happens every time I go in there. Managers need to re train their staff on how to properly interact with PAYING customers. Truly disgraceful. Would give 0 stars if I could
No prices on any product, staff rude and put additional surcharges without telling us. Horrible service
