Absolute rubbish system and no one in the club was able to do anything when if gave me nothing charge Much easier to ask the bar staff to charge it behind the bar like before This battery system is crap and a rip off
An absolute scam. Paid $35 just for the charger to not pop out and still have no been refunded. I’ve emailed multiple times but no response.
A complete scam. Recharged my phone less than 50 per cent and ran out of charge. The helpline is a single canned response and they don't reply to emails. I reinserted the bank as instructed to get a new one and it just swallowed my recharger then tried to charge me for a new one. Improve your garbage product and you'll get less one-star reviews and maybe just one return customer.
Hired a charger at harvest fest return that night still haven't got our deposit back absolute joke
$35 upfront to use it, then i get charged another $16.50 2 days later. It's a bloody charger, biggest rip off. It's happened to me twice now. Never again
