An absolute scam. Paid $35 just for the charger to not pop out and still have no been refunded. I’ve emailed multiple times but no response.
A complete scam. Recharged my phone less than 50 per cent and ran out of charge. The helpline is a single canned response and they don't reply to emails. I reinserted the bank as instructed to get a new one and it just swallowed my recharger then tried to charge me for a new one. Improve your garbage product and you'll get less one-star reviews and maybe just one return customer.
Hired a charger at harvest fest return that night still haven't got our deposit back absolute joke
$35 upfront to use it, then i get charged another $16.50 2 days later. It's a bloody charger, biggest rip off. It's happened to me twice now. Never again
