Bought a car from them 5 months ago. Within 2weeks problems with all dashboard alerts. They had it checked and it would cost $10,000. Gave car back to us and said would find an alternative to fix it. Still waiting. They won’t reply to emails, hangs up on the phone, never calls us back. Car now due for rego and probably won’t pass pink slip. We went in to see them. Always tell us the owners are not in and will get them to call us. Never received a call it has been 4 months We are gutted
We never buy cars from car yards if we can help it, but they had what we wanted and they are close to home. Took my Father with me for a 2nd inspection, we just wanted to be left alone and have time to look it over properly. If I could give 0 I would. Brought a car around 14 months ago. A week after buying transmission went on it, air conditioning went on it. Engine light has not gone off aparantly electrical problems. Overheated 4 times. All this after he promised the car was workshop checked. Took over 9 months for a response from Danny. Every excuse under the sun as to why it took so long to get looked at. Very disappointing experience. I had major issues with the car within 24–48 hours, and even with a mechanic’s report, the dealership refused to properly address the faults. I’ve shared my experience with media channels and will be posting it across community pages so others are aware. I would not recommend this dealership based on how my situation was handled.
