My car had not been washed for over a year due to a back injury. Alot of built up grime. I chose the deluxe wash. The car wash made most of it disappear. Only a couple of very dirty areas it did not clean well, as to be expected. I have a cleaner car than l thought l would get ,so really happy with the result. -Easy to use and follow instructions. -All automatic. -Quick. -Payment was easy. -Drive in dirty & drive out clean.

Usually fairly efficient, but one bay had the selection/payment dock out of order. Had to back up and change bays. A taxi driver noted that the day before that bay was out of order. I suggested he'd have to follow us as the one he chose was out of order now.
