A bit late for this review but they were fantastic I had windscreen replacement great price and service they are great but hope I do need again
Terrible, terrible terrible. I could not understand or hear the operator very well. She had a child making noise, sometimes squealing in the background. Sh sounded like she answered the phone on Speaker or in the toilet. Three times I asked her to move away from the child and take the phone off "speaker" just to take my details but she didn't oblige. I really have no idea whether these people are efficient or not but they don't respect the Customer and that's enough for me.
