J'ai acheté une dualtron x limited et j'ai un problème avec les moteurs qui ne décolle pas bien. Ca fait deux fois que je les appelent pour savoir comment remettre la trottinette aux spectres de l'usine et jamais de nouvelles de eux. Ils était très souriant quand j'ai acheté, mais c'est tout. Le service apres vente est pourri. Malheureusement pour etre honetre je ne peut pas recommander cette endroit. Donc une étoile représente ma transaction avec eux.
My wife and I brought in both of our e-scooters for repairs, and we were extremely disappointed, and honestly shocked.. by the entire experience. When we arrived to pick them up, the staff couldn’t even locate the second scooter. After some confusion, they eventually found it, only to inform us that they hadn’t been able to fix it. Took my scooter here to have the tire replaced because they came highly recommended. Got it back and now my scooter struggles to reach its top speed. I rear tire wobbles which means they didn't align it properly and I can feel a slight grinding that's either the brake or the wheel rubbing against something due to the misalignment. Won't be bringing anything back to these people again.
