I had a chance to meet and speak to Jason . I had so many questions . He was so great to me and answer all of them . He was very informant and helpful . I’m glad he was there that day to help me figure things out . Thanks Jason !
Jason was amazing and very helpful guiding me through my storage process and he went above and beyond for me. He explained everything in great detail and was so personable! The person working the front desk on 8 March 2025 was rather rude. I admit I was in the wrong in that I did not enter my access code when presented with a wide-open gate; but that is NOT how you confront people. Otherwise, this facility is largely clean and easy to access.
