Lorraine and Fantastic Fred are absolutely "fantastic"! They are knowledgeable, helpful and always responsive.
Ms. Lorraine was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable, and had me in and out (tour, unit showing, contract, payment, and FAQs) in under 30 minutes. Altogether, a great experience!
This place is difficult to get in with their code, and almost impossible to get in using their app. On top of that you have to go through the same Milwaukee to get out of the place. Finally since I bought a tiny storage about 5 years ago his husband from 99.00 a month to $252 a month. And they have provided no extra amenities or service for the outrageous increase in price.
