i made an appointment for Monday and apparently they are closed Monday,but the website still allowed me to make it. So then i again made an appointment for the following day, as i arrive at the location in dumont at 4:40pm, the guy there proceeds to tell me they aren't taking any customers because of some problem. they didn't bother to call and let me know that my appointment needs to be rescheduled. i call that very poor customer service. i was really annoyed!
