I requested service on a Thursday afternoon and was asked to pay a 99 dollar service call fee up front. Then they never showed up. I called again and was assured that "jeff" would be coming out. No one came and I have not received the 99$ nor did I get a call/text or email to correct themselves. Bad business. Shame
