We had an electrical emergency and called this company from their website ad. The owner, Ezra, came to our home 2 hours late and did shoddy horrible work that lasted only a week. He overcharged us and worst of all my husband's watch was missing when he left. We called their "office" which turns out to just be a house and spoke to a woman who said she was his wife. "Cathy" yelled and swore before hanging up never even giving me a chance to try to get our property back. We are sick about this and warn others in the Elgin area ... read more
