I'd highly recommend Ezra cleaning to anyone on the Sunshine Coast looking at getting a bond or settlement clean done. I had a fantastic experience with Pablo and Lucia. They worked great as a team and did everything that was asked, The attention to detail that was shown was second to none and were great to deal with. 5 + stars !
I’ve used Jo a few times and I’ve been happy with her cleaning services. Unfortunately last time she didn’t turn up. We agreed on a time, the day before she was booked in. When she didn’t arrive at the booked time, I sent her a message asking how long she would be. I didn’t receive a response. After a few hours I gave up. I still haven’t heard from her, nor received an apology. This is unprofessional and disappointing behaviour. Needless to say I will not be using her again nor will I recommend her. Started off great prompt and efficient then a change in the business ownership and went downhill. Poor or no communication, no shows, elaborate story’s and then silence. Wouldn’t recommend
