Dr malachi I have been trying several days to get a refill on my mom's medication she really needs it haven't slept in a few days would you please send in Walmart Southlake please ma'am she is not sleeping
Dr Ash is kind and patient when addressing patient/family concerns. She is knowledgeable and makes effective decisions regarding my mother’s care plan. I am also very pleased with how she will personally call to follow up on my mother’s progress. Additionally, the facility is clean and the staff is friendly.
I love it and my doctor ash and nurse everyone is good and nice
