Bought a new house this past spring with an in ground pool that needed a lot of work, after several companies told us that it was beyond repair we wanted to just fill it in. Bad business Shane was supposed to come and measure a pool for me Thursday but wasn’t able to then asked me Friday morning asking if I still needed pool measurements I said yes due to him having cheaper price and thinking he will come Friday i sent him my customer address and told him. To inform me when otw he later responded said he was an hour out sat morning I told him I had already had the pool measured he came anyway and charged my client again after they already paid for measurements no call or anything bad business an... read more
