Great customer service okay
Cayley is the most sweet and helpful person at EZpawn She was very helpful and took her time to explain everything to us. I truly appreciate it from Lumeki and Shawana.
Terrible service waiting time is unacceptable. Two employees I was the only person in line and it took over 20 minutes just to get help. Than I was told I had 3 hours to check my purchase to return it for a refund or I would get in-store credit. You should at least allow 24 hours for a refund. This is way I don't shop there to much. Awful customer service.
A couple or few months ago I purchased a ghetto blaster/boom box from the EZPAWN on 1st Ave NE in Cedar Rapids, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The price was excellent, the boom box looks like it’s in top condition, and it works even better than I expected. It’s not often you find such a great combination of quality and value. I was genuinely impressed with my experience and will definitely be back to shop here again. Highly recommended!
