I came in the store and the customer service was amazing as soon as I walked in. Christopher and Lena were amazing. In the process was extremely easy I definitely Recommend

I don’t know who it is a women with short hair and blond hair , with glasses maybe the manager I don’t know . Went to sell a Stanley cup and she was so rude , she check the cup and everything but when she printed the ticket she threw me the pen like nothing , I know how pawnshop works cause I used to work in amigo pawn shop and I wouldn’t do that do our customers. And I know theirs cameras and yall do check that. Terrible experience from her . Poor customer service from her
This store has changed for the better. Store manager Christopher emailed me to remind me of a payment because I had changed my number. He was able to update my information and when I was able to come inside the store, I was able to finally meet him in person. He has a great sense of humor. This store needed him here and I’m happy to be his customer.
