I usually don’t leave reviews, but every time I’ve gone into Ez Pawn, the experience has been terrible. The workers are consistently rude, dismissive, and act like they don’t want to be bothered with customers. Instead of being helpful, they always have an attitude, which makes the whole environment unwelcoming. It’s frustrating when you’re just trying to do business and are treated with zero respect. Definitely won’t be coming back, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone who expects decent customer service.
Randal helped us out very well on our shopping experience. Letting us test the device thoroughly. And made sure we were all set on our purchase. Very satisfied.
Went into EZ pawn needing to get a loan on some jewelry that I had, was greeted and helped by Ms. Debbie. She was very friendly and helpful. I told her my concerns and she explained everything to me and wasn’t afraid of having to do a little extra work. This is exactly what your looking for when your in a situation like this where your not wanting to have to do this but need to.
