Customer service is wonderful, but I did speak to a sales associate that was really rude so I asked for their assistant supervisor and he was able to solve my problem with in seconds thanks.
I honestly wish I could rate them 0 stars or even half of one. I took my son to this pawn shop to sell some of his old shoes to make himself some summer money, and though it is one of closest pawn shops to us, we will not be back. We walked in, waited a few mins, then a white heavyset gentleman asked if we had been helped. My son says, "no sir", while approaching the counter and the gentleman asked how could he help.
